Newly opened on September 1, 2025 There is a room on the 32nd floor of the tower apartment near the station 1 minute on foot from the subway "Nakajima Koen Station". The room where you can view Nakajima Park from the living room is also valuable in Sapporo. When you go out to the veranda, you can also see Mt. Moiwa. It is within walking distance to Susukino and Tanukikoji, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. There are many convenience stores and parking lots nearby, and you can cook in the kitchen.
