The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

They share the pool, barbecue, and a large backyard that we love ☺️☺️ Ideal for couples who want to enjoy the beach in a quiet place. We do not accept pets. We love pets but our structure does not provide the necessary attention to receive them 😔😔
