With nearby commerce: a small market with a fish shop and restaurant, a hamburger joint and several restaurants around. You can enjoy delicious meals. Very cozy and welcoming kitchenette with a balcony for relaxation. Access is through two flights of stairs in very charming wood. On the second floor, we have the view of the condominium.

The property is located in the Sol de Itaúna Condominium, 100 meters from the beach and very close to the main surf peak. It was built 40 years ago and consists of semi-detached houses with one or two bedrooms. It has always hosted guests for seasons, but today the main occupation is by residents and annual tenants. It's a very quiet place. The property we are announcing is apartment 10, which has been renovated. It is 40 m2, the kitchen is equipped with utensils, so you can prepare your meals.
