Location is everything in this comfy, quiet and affordable unit located adjacent to Lake Flower, only 10 minutes from Lake Placid. Couples, solo travelers and small families can explore the ADKs and enjoy easy walking access to restaurants, bars, marinas, boat/kayak rentals and fishing. Just steps from the door enjoy a hike, bike, x-country ski or snowmobile ride on the new ADK Rail-trail. The Saranac Waterfront Resort is right behind the house. There’s a great view of the Winter Ice Palace too!

Lake Placid Area, Dukes Cabin-Dog Friendly!

Located between Lake Placid and Saranac lake, with Scarface Mountain only 200 yards away. Two bedroom cabin (King and Queen beds) with a large fenced back yard with a fire pit. This house is dog friendly with two large doggie doors to back yard. We do have an additional $75 cleaning fee for dogs. Lots of parking and additional parking for trailers. A pontoon boat for rent. Nice back yard lounge area and a Barbecue for grilling. The house is located on a main road there will be some road noise.

Village Cottage

Very cute cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. Good side yard with outdoor furniture. Enclosed porch for rainy days. Huge soaking tub. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We do not charge a pet fee but will charge for any damages incurred. This is a cottage next to where we live. We are self check in but you may run into us.
