Very responsive host with clear instructions. The view from the property is outstanding.

Mr. Davut's interest was very good, I received quick responses to all my questions. The location of the house is already very good with the walking distance to the metro. It's just that you have to go up and down a very steep slope, and those slopes are really a different experience. When we entered the house, it was clear that the house was newly cleaned, it was spotless. Items, etc. It was as it appeared in the photos. I think the only problem is that the house has problems with heating. It's probably due to the fact that the combs are too small and small because there was no problem with the combi boiler. Maybe I didn't know that at least another honeycomb could be added and resolved. But we really couldn't heat up all night. In general, I think it was f/p. Definitely prefer if I need a place at this location again:)

Perfect Stay in Maslak – Spacious, Comfortable, and Convenient! I recently stayed at this 3-bedroom, 1-living room apartment in Maslak, Istanbul, and it was absolutely fantastic! The space was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The modern decor and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The location in Maslak was ideal – close to business districts, shopping centers, and public transportation, making it easy to explore both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which was a big plus. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and local tips that made our trip even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul, whether for business or leisure. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!

if I can give him and his apartment more than 5 , I will do it. it's for these reasons; the apartment is not only like the photos, it's even more awesome and charming with the mixture between authentic istanbul style and the modern touches from Barış while choosing the concept and furniture for decoration. Also you can find everything like at home, even the delicious tasty quality coffee. Barış is one of the rare persons I met that they care authentically and deeply about others needs, not just for business ,but because he has a very warm and friendly personality. I'm saying that , cause without asking, when I told him i work remotely , he took the initiative to suggest a desk for me to work comfortably. and as a single woman, I really felt my self in total security, safety and being a part of a family who are ready to help genuinely. the location also, it's one of the most unique places where you can enjoy being in a city like İstanbul located in 2 continents. thanks Barış .

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

It was a real pleasure to stay at your place during our visit to Istanbul. The place is very nice and very clean, and there’s all we needed during our stay. Very close to everything shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions just 5min walk to the blue mosque and hagia Sofia mosque. The place has two floors and makes it like two apartments in one and this was great for us, we stayed in one floor with the kids and gave the second floor to my mom and my niece who came with us. The host was very professional, polite and very helpful. He provided a great service he organised the taxi for us from and to the airport and even walked us through the nearby area and showed us the better shops and restaurants and the different shortcuts to get to centre. Thanks a million for everything and we really appreciate!!

Very nice place, on a nice street. Cars hardly drive and quite quiet at night. If you want to sleep at night, then this is the place for you. The host met and handed over the keys. Very friendly, showed everything. The apartment has everything you need and is working. The only thing is that the refrigerator worked strangely; it defrosted moments and became wet. The beds are comfortable, the son slept very well. And this is the main thing! Among the disadvantages: a smoky living room and ashtrays. The apartment is smoked, and for non-smokers this is a test. The windowsills in the bedrooms and the living room are quite low, you need to be very careful. In addition, some of the furniture is just falling apart. Otherwise, we rested for glory and my son really enjoyed it. Thank you and your success.

Can and Jacki are great hosts! They helped plan airport transfers for our group to and from the Airbnb. They also provided us with many recommendations in the local area. The location of the place was amazing! Very close to public transit to get to the Old City and many nice stores within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

The view from this house is incredible. I really havent seen a better view than this. The garden in front is wonderful to sit at and enjoy the landscape. The neighborhood and house was very quiet, and its quite private. The street is not busy. The house has everything you need for cooking meals and it was all clean. The bathroom and shower is generously sized, I loved it, and the heater and AC work very well, cooling down quickly if you need it or heating up quickly if you need it. Also, there were many streaming options on the tv, which is great. The host was responsive and very kind. We had no issues here. But seriously, the landscape is very very gorgeous and the price was very reasonable.

The location is super suitable for activities of all kinds (Bim to the center, harbor right nearby). The place with the view is unique and the landlord is very friendly and quick to respond to questions!

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

Benny is very friendly, helpful and very responsive to messages. He personally welcomed us and gave us very good tips. The apartment is perfect for visiting Istanbul. Although very close to a main thoroughfare it is quiet. The bus stop is very close, so we were able to get everywhere very well by public transport. The area is still rather simple, the apartment stands out very positively here. The apartment can be reached via a somewhat narrow staircase and is on two floors. Downstairs are two bedrooms and a toilet, upstairs is a nice living room with balcony, a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. We felt very comfortable and safe and would very much like to come back.
