Onder was fantastic about responding so promptly with any inquiries and was so helpful in providing any necessities required. The place is clean, near the city and major hospitals, has nearby grocery and the security in the building is so helpful. I highly recommend Onder’s listings!

This is a a top option in Istanbul, we actually made a mistake and reserved for march when our trip was in February. Önder answered promptly, confirmed the change and got the apartment ready in record time. We got there 4 hours after I actually confirmed with him and everything was perfect. Good kebabs near by, a little convenience store in front. The sirens of a mosque are literally in front of the apartment, for us this was great because we wanted to hear the praying calls because it was our first time visiting this culture. For some people it may be a problem but to be honest the day we slept in we didn’t even hear the first two callings because the apartment itself has good windows. I would definitely use it again. It was a plus for rapid confirmation and having a nice living room and kitchen.

We stayed for a couple months. The place is as you can see in the photos and is a recently constructed building with some amenities and onsite security. As others mention the prayer from the mosque right next door may be a bit noisy for some, but after a couple days we got used to it and did not disturb our sleeping. We stayed during a cold winter and the heating on the apartment was just fantastic. The neighborhood is not pretty or fancy, but is safe and very local and it has everything you may need for a long stay. We rarely saw any foreigners around, if ever. That's probably the reason why prices for everything are significantly lower than in other neighborhoods we visited, specially for eating out. The main street of the neighborhood is just one block away and literally has everything you may need during your stay. A main bus line also goes through that street and takes you to the ferries terminals or more touristic areas and the metro is just 10-15 minutes walk.

One of the most beautiful experiences of housing in Istanbul, the view was its explanation and Jamiele🤍 The stay was comfortable starting with the self check in work was very easy The place is big and very clean, all beds are comfortable, the sheets and the sheets were very clean and fresh, there are two bathrooms, but only one has a shower for swimming The kitchen is equipped with all the tools The site is new and beautifully in Trabia, under the lodging cafes and restaurants The only drawback is that the apartment is on the second floor and the stairs are considered bumpy for children and the elderly and there is no elevator Tired to carry bags

The apartment is clean, spacious and nice and warm in cold temperatures. And there was nothing missing. The surroundings in Beykoz are beautiful and the view of the Bosphorus is fantastic. The father-in-law, Zeki bey, was there for the key handover and is extremely polite and really very personable. I'd love to come back.

I had an excellent stay at Mertbey's place! He was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

From start to finish an incredible stay. Cinar met me on the corner and helped me to the apartment when my ride approached from the wrong direction on a one way street. Then walked me to a recommended nearby restaurant. Always responsive and helpful. Lovely apartment. Lovely location. In the middle of a lot of street activity in a safe location. Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

Beautifu homel just off a vibrant street in a charming district. Convenient to great restaurants, cafes and shops and public transport options to the key attractions. The house is cosy and welcoming with convenient immaculate bathrooms on each floor. The heated floors and large bath are just fabulous!

Great stay in the heart of the city right next to Taksim. Easy to find, just a short climb away from the main attractions. The apartment is well fitted with everything one might need, is clean and has an airy feel. Since it is in quite a central location it might have a bit of noise background but otherwise perfect for most visitors.

Erhan has been a great host and provided easy and straightforward instructions and advice. Was very responsive to our questions and requests too. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone who wants to stay in a homely environment instead of a hotel.

The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!
