Nice cottage on large, snug and child friendly plot with sun every hour of the day. The cottage has been substantially refurbished in recent years, with a new kitchen, newer bathrooms and bright, pleasant bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex with four beds as well as a private toilet. The cottage has a large veranda with several seating groups. It is of course lovely to be here in the summer, but the cabin is well isolated, with wood firing as well as a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option in autumn and winter as well.

From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.
