My friend and I had a wonderful week in Roberto’s place. He came to meet us at the railway station and we walked to the apartment. He was really helpful with recommendations. Thank you Roberto. We were right next to the railway, bus and mini metro stations. Lovely pizzeria called Murales 3 minutes walk. Lovely pasta too. Bruno even showed me one evening how to make Cacio e Pepe. Thank you Bruno. I would stay here again

Perfectly matching description and photos. very clean,tidy apartment,equipped with every comfort , very tastefully furnished. Very quiet residential area,no traffic noise or anything else. Convenient to the city center, with a 15-minute walk Ca. Vesna host exuberant, nice, helpful and proactive! She went out of her way to advice and took care of our breakfast too! I recommend the property!

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Nice studio in a beautiful wine estate, ideally located for visiting Florence. Bedding is good and the renovated bathroom is nice. The only drawback is the location of the studio with direct view on all the pathways of the estate (bedroom window directly on the restaurant terrace).

Elena reacted super quick to all our questions, the accommodation was nice and tidy, the kitchen well equiped.

Beautiful place, very kind hosts and accommodating. The breakfast was a brilliant extra which we didn’t expect. The village is lovely and has a playground only 5 minutes walk and a little shop for groceries. Great location up in the hills. We would recommend and stay again. Thank you for all your help.

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

Beautiful villa located in a quiet area and surrounded by the greenery of the fields. Very comfortable for a few days of vacation in Umbria. Large living room and full kitchen. Curated and uncluttered rooms. Spacious and clean bathrooms. Highly recommended, also given the excellent quality/price ratio.

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

A stone's throw from beautiful Siena, nice and spacious villa ground floor. Great spaces, beautiful bathrooms. Great general equipment (wine cellar!) but no cups or mugs. No oil or condiments ( salt). Very unfortunate especially in view of the general service. on the other hand coffee capsules in sufficient number. Almost perfect then!

Absolutely perfect accommodation! Great location for those who want to enjoy the relaxing sounds of the countryside a stone's throw from Siena...a gem is the hammock between the two trees! Dedicated parking in front of the house, and Anna is definitely available and reachable in case of need! 4 days of rest for us and our two dogs! Highly recommend!!

What can Isay... we really felt at home. Really friendly and friendly hosts, able to make you feel part of the family. Relaxing location and immersed in complete tranquility despite being only 5 minutes from the "chaos" of the country. Umbertide is then in a strategic position enough to be able to easily reach beautiful places such as Gubbio, Spello, Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, Perugia and much more. Very, very good value....the restaurant of the location is really something special, quality raw material and unique flavors. We had a really beautiful vacation.... really congratulations to Stefania and Michele, keep it up 😊💪🏼

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We were absolutely charmed by Ilva’s condo. The condo is so cute and cozy, and the view is stunning. It’s also walking distance to basically all of Orvieto. Ilva was so responsive and helpful!

Adrianos place was perfect. The apartment had all the amenities that anyone might need, and even a lovely little breakfast snack and tea in the kitchen. Adriano was a very sweet host and was offering to help with anything necessary. The location was a very close walk to the old city yet was a nice and quiet location. The place itself was squeaky clean with a perfectly functional bathroom and kitchen and all the space you may want. My partner and I had a really great stay and would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Montepulciano. Well worth the price

I stayed at this Airbnb on a farm, and overall it was a great experience. The interior was nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and check-in was smooth. I had rented a vintage Fiat 500 from another company, and when I brought it back, the host kindly pointed out a few issues—like a small oil leak—and gave me helpful driving tips, which I really appreciated. The location is quite remote, with no restaurants within a 15-minute drive, but the scenery is beautiful. The farm itself has stunning views over wide stretches of Tuscan countryside, which was a real highlight. Driving around also let me explore hidden spots most tourists wouldn’t see. The only downside is that the room doesn’t have a view; you need to step outside into the yard to enjoy it. Other than that, my stay was lovely, and I’d definitely recommend it for a peaceful countryside escape.

Great location next to fabulous Café restaurants and wineries. Maria Teresa was very responsive and helped us with a late checkout in the last minute. We would definitely recommend!

The home and hospitality was almost eclipsed by the beautiful Town and area! We loved the beauty, peaceful and safe setting of La Befa! Great for walking in the forest or countryside,and great central location for touring Toscana! Close day trips to Montalcino, Siena, Montapalcino, Pienza. We even did a long day to Livorno and Firenze! Lesley was a great communicator, helpful with all area and travel tips...(be careful about possible purse stores suggestions ;)) Highly recommend the place and would love to stay again!!

Federica and Roberto welcomed us like old friends, and very kindly fetched us from the train station. After getting us settled and showing us around the (beautifully designed and spotless) Airbnb, which is far more impressive in person than in the photos, they took us for a stroll in the historical center of town, just steps away. They even treated us to delicious coffee and pastries at one of the oldest (if not the oldest?) “bars” in Italy. They proudly pointed out places we should absolutely visit, (which we did), like the National Gallery, and shared some interesting and quirky historical facts. Perugia captured our hearts, as did our hosts. It was a true highlight of our vacation in Rome, Umbria and Tuscany. We give Federica and Roberto’s apartment and hospitality our highest recommendation!

Very nice apartment, 10 min. walk to the city center, very close to Porta Romana but away from the tourist madness (appreciable) and with this flowered terrace overlooking the walls! Delicious! And Alberto, very kind and available... Thank you, Alberto!
