Vacation rentals with a patio in Tuscany

We had a great time. The apartment is furnished with taste and attention to detail, it has everything you need to feel at home. Every night, watching the sunset from the magnificent terrace, it was a priceless dream, the view is of a poignant beauty. The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea to the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen is compact and working for this apartment size. The village is easy to reach on foot, the climb is also easily doable after a dinner in the village. The parking in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bathroom linens are offered, this must be brought along.

The apartment is very nice and clean. It’s not big but has everything you need inside. The host put a lot of thoughts into the details which bring quite a lot of convenience for us. I would recommend it for Florence 👏🏻

We had a wonderful long weekend in Marin's Firenze home. It was upscale, with a comfortable king bed, balcony, and a nice family room. We had questions about the heating, and Marin was super responsive. Just be aware that the upstairs is accessible with a spiral staircase which was fine for our young adult children, but would have been hard for me and my husband. It's a great place with a kind host. Bravo!

Franco & Elisabetta were awesome hosts. the instructions to find their place were perfect and easy (which is great for Riomaggorie's streets!!). The place was perfect for a family to rest up after a big day exploring Cinque Terra. Highly recommend

Firstly, Andrea is such an excellent host and person! We are so thrilled with our stay and experience in Palaia. The small village experience was exactly what we were looking for. A true genuine Italian experience. The food in this town is unbelievable and even has a restaurant with Michelin stars. The Airbnb itself is so perfect. Beautiful garden, hot tub, and pool. The views are so special as well. Highly recommend visiting this place in Palaia.

We had a great stay at this tastefully designed place. We would like to emphasise the really spotless cleanliness! Gabriele is a very dedicated host! He sweetened our stay with small but fine attentions (jam, tea, shower gel, a beautiful bouquet of flowers) and several times proactively made sure that everything was to our complete satisfaction! Samantha’s home is the perfect place to escape life and to completely unwind. The house is comfortable, equipped with everything you need and the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We were lucky enough to spend some time with Samantha, her husband and their adorable dog during our stay. They are a wonderful family and the most gracious hosts. Short stay in Feb to take a serene city break on a trip between Rome and Florence, perfect for 3 friends to each have our own space. Nada shared recommendations by text, left us coffee tea and cakes, and her friendly cat greeted us. Road is narrow, bumpy, but manageable. On our second night there were other guests staying above us and you could hear them walking around from parts of the apartment. Overall fantastic and reasonable!

Our stay was very pleasant, with a family-friendly and peaceful atmosphere. We really liked the house, especially since it felt like a very comfortable and cozy country house. We would definitely consider returning. Carla is a great host!

Federica and very welcoming, gave us clear directions to make it easier to arrive. Lots of nice places to visit and very charming and delicious small local restaurants😋. Accommodation with a friendly and very well-equipped card, with very good bedding.

Gianluca's cabin is very beautiful! it is in an area of vineyards on the outskirts of Faenza, the view is amazing and he was very attentive to us. Super recommended!

comfortable apartment to visit the city on foot. reserved parking space. quiet. the only thing is the kitchen sink in a somewhat uncomfortable location. well-equipped kitchen. beautiful outdoor space that can be used for bad weather.

Ilva and her husband met me at the apartment. She gave excellent directions and was patient as I missed a connection in Florence so was two hours later than I thought. The location if perfect for getting all the places of interest in Orvieto. Her apartment is charming and really makes you feel you’re in Italy.

Absolutely beautiful, clean place in fantastic location. Views were even better than the photos. Balcony and yard felt very private. Had no intentions of using the jacuzzi, but after all the walking and hiking, it was exactly what we needed and used it both nights of our stay. We weren't sure which village to stay in but Riomaggiore turned out to be our favorite--especially appreciated the nearby elevator which takes you right down into town. Via dell'Amore was closed due to heavy rains the previous days, but we found trails open in Corniglia and hiked to Vernazza--spectacular views and a wonderful restaurant just before you get to Vernazza. Also grabbed a small bite at FuorOtta in Riomaggiore--walked in, no reservation. Only regret was not having a full meal here--food was outstanding. Francesca was a great communicator before and during our stay. Provided helpful recommendations on everything from taxi service to trails to restaurants. This place is a hidden gem--book it!

I cannot recommend Marusca’s enough! Our stay in Italy was made even more wonderful thanks to her warm hospitality and thoughtful gestures. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and filled with little touches that showed just how much she cares about her guests. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome, and she was genuinely excited to share in the joy of my wife’s pregnancy, which made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for making our time in Italy so special. We would return in a heartbeat!

Large and very clean apartment. Furnishings were nice and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of light. Views from the terrace are outstanding. The host was very communicative and helped us through the access to the auto courtyard, apartment building, and unit. We stayed there in the winter and the location is quiet and peaceful. A car is helpful for getting around Forti dei Marmi and the region. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

This was my second stay at Caterina’s apartment in Siena which speaks to how much I loved my first visit. The apartment is in a central part of Siena that is close to the Duomo, the center, and endless options for restaurants and shopping.
