Lovers of history and old stones, you will be able to see many mansions within the region. We are close to the forests of Belleme, Réno Valdieu, as well as the green lane, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cider factory, cheese maker, organic vegetable & others.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. We fell in love with Perche 15 years ago and decided to settle down there to renovate the barn. The desire to welcome and discover the treasures of this region was born a few years ago. And it is now a reality with this guest house in an authentic, bucolic and charming setting. Our accommodation consists of a main room with an equipped kitchen area, dining area and living area with a fold-out sofa and offering a large bed (sleeps 2). There is also an independent bedroom (bed 140X200) , a bathroom with a shower and toilet. 10 minutes from the zoo, lakes of the Monnerie, the pool, the city center... 45 min. from Angers, Le Mans (24 hours) and 1 hr from Laval and Tours.
