The space is very functional and comfortable. The house is year-round, warm and equipped with underfloor heating. In addition, there is also a goat in the living room. Each bedroom has large floor-to-ceiling windows that allow direct access to the garden. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and bidet. The second bathroom is in the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. Large dining room. In the living room there are sofas and a smart TV. The area of the house is 110 m2, the garden is 1800 m2.

I offer for rent a year-round apartment with an area of 52m in the middle of a semi-detached house located in Sasino. The house was commissioned in 2025. The property is equipped with year-round, maintenance-free heating and air conditioning. A terrace, a shed with a fireplace and free parking are available. To Stilo beach approx. 4.5 km away, on the way we pass the Stilo lighthouse. In the immediate vicinity there is a football field, playground, shops, restaurants, church, bike rental, and a riding school.
