Villa Sottosopra – Il Limone

Our villa is located at the entrance of Chianni (Pisa) and was built in 2023 using original, natural materials such as brick, natural stone, and wood. Three stylish studios were created (one of which is for my private use with my two dogs), along with modern amenities and a pool. Each studio features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a cozy living and dining area, making both studios ideal for longer stays.

The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. Casa Michelangelo is a fully restored 4 bed, 2 bath stone cottage with a loft & free parking. There is a wood-burning fireplace, kitchen, including a hand crank pasta maker, clothes washer, heating and AC. Chianni itself is not a major tourist town, but it is within close proximity to many tourist sites, such as Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Castiglioncello and Chianti. All are an easy day trip while returning to quiet Chianni for a restful nights sleep.

The house is very comfortable, accommodates up to 5 people, has a beautiful terrace with private pool and a wooden loggia where you can dine.

Right in front of the archaeological site of "Vallebuona", where the Roman stately residences once stood, is "La Domus di Marta", a comfortable and quiet apartment with an independent entrance, recently renovated in respect and conservation of some of the original elements. Each view is panoramic, the large private terrace overlooks the beautiful archaeological complex of the Roman theater and the Volterra baths.
