Baabe Comfort Beach House right by the sea

Dream vacation on the sunny island of Rügen in the luxury vacation home "Strandperle" right on the beautiful sandy beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this vacation home is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

Our Apartment 302 is located on the 3rd floor of the majestic Fürstenhof in Sassnitz on the island of Rügen. The large balcony faces south, and from here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and the passing ships. Just a few steps from the apartment, you will find numerous cafés and restaurants. Not far from Fürstenhof, Jasmund National Park (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) begins, offering numerous hiking trails through this wonderful nature reserve.

FIRST Sellin. Apartment YOLO. Sauna, Pool & More

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Apartment Seeigel (90m²) + fireplace and terrace

The Seeigel apartment (90m²) in the Villa Sonnenschein is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach promenade and national park. The apartment is new and comfortably equipped - Wi-Fi included. Parking is available right in front of the house. The well-kept garden, including a Hollywood swing and beach chair, invites you to linger and relax. On request, we put fresh rolls outside the apartment door every morning.

Villa Fernsicht - Apartment 1 with sea view (50m²)

Apartment No. 1 (50m²) in the villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is a 2-minute walk via the private path. The National Park and harbour are a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has a living-sleep, a separate kitchen and a daylight bathroom with shower. Highlights are the closed eastern balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town as well as the open western balcony overlooking the pier.

The apartment in the heart of Sassnitz's old town is located in the historic Old Imperial Court. High ceilings, proximity to the sea, the charm of the lively marketplace and a large roof terrace make the apartment unique in Sassnitz. According to the motto: "Can it be a little more?" everything here is a bit more generous. In addition to a very large and a normal bedroom (each with a double bed), a large living room with two couches is available.

The loft-style apartment with high-quality furniture and fully equipped kitchen as well as the two bathrooms (one of them en-suite) are furnished with attention to detail and an eye for beauty. Relax in the infrared cabin, which is located in one of the two bedrooms, each equipped with 180x200 box spring beds, or in the freestanding bathtub. Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
