The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

The apartment Baltic Sea view (60m²) in Villa Sonnenschein is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. In just a few minutes you can reach the Jasmund National Park, the beach promenade, the chalk coast, the Sassnitz harbour and various shopping facilities. Parking is available right in front of the house. The well-kept garden with a Hollywood swing and beach chair invites you to linger and relax. On request, we put fresh rolls in front of the apartment door every morning.

About the apartment itself: an ideal family apartment with three rooms. Welcome to the perfect break in the middle of it and yet at a distance from the other seaside resorts.

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

The apartment in the heart of Sassnitz's old town is located in the historic Alte Reichshof. High ceilings, proximity to the sea, the charm of the lively market square and a large roof terrace make the apartment unique in Sassnitz. Our apartment 302 is located on the 3rd floor of the majestic Fürstenhof in Sassnitz. The large balcony faces south and from here you can enjoy an overwhelming view of the Baltic Sea and the passing ship traffic. There are numerous cafes and restaurants just a few steps from the apartment. Not far from the Fürstenhof begins the Jasmund National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with numerous hiking trails through the wonderful nature reserve.
