Vacation rentals with beach access in Sassnitz

The hosts and the home are 100% recommended. I have been a guest twice within a short time and would love to come back. Thank you for the beautiful days in Sassnitz & on Rügen.

We had a very nice long weekend in Ahoi Marie: the apartment is nice and perfect size for a couple. The balcony on the water is perfect to enjoy the tranquillity and nature of the area! Paul is very friendly and kindly satisfied all our requests. Thanks Paul and Marie for such nice experience on the Baltic Sea!

Great, modern apartment, as seen in the photos. Great amenities, very good and quiet location. Covered bicycle parking. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time on Rügen. The apartment is located in a very nice environment, you are super fast on the beach. We liked to return to the cozy apartment every night after our accommodations.

It was my first booking on Airbnb. So first it's a little skeptical because it didn't get a review of the apartment at that time. But what can I say after I booked, I immediately received an answer from Uwe and many questions could be answered directly once. So the ice was quickly broken and trust there. Uwe provides his guests with many helpful tips, checks in and takes care of it. The apartment is a dream, as can already be seen from the description. The amenities are top, TV in both rooms. One of them even with Smart TV function for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. The location is also great, just under 100 m away from the beach and the pier. The apartment is out the back, so it is also beautifully quiet. This way you get little of the hustle and bustle on the other side. The underground parking space is also very convenient. Thus, if necessary, the search for a parking space is omitted. It couldn't be better. I can only pass on Uwe's tips for Waffelmaik or the Strandkate restaurant. Those in the mood for a good Italian restaurant are in good hands at La Trattoria in Zingst. It is best to book a table at the restaurants. Could be tight otherwise. All in all, a great starting point for excursions e.g. by Darß train, a Bodden tour, a bike tour (bike rental in the same building) or a trip to Prerow. I can 100% recommend the apartment. Top landlords, great apartment, great location. That's all you can say.

Such a charming place! With everything one needs and then some. A sun terrace, a common place with toys and books and the view from the west facing rooms!!!

We had a wonderful vacation at Michael's and were able to relax wonderfully. Super location to the Baltic Sea and very quiet. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Michael and Yvonne were great hosts and always responsive and very helpful! We'd love to come back any time!!! Thanks for the wonderful New Year's with you!

Very nice apartment. Parking behind the house, great amenities, spacious, sparkling clean, good location. Everything is fine. Great proactive communication. Just a small note. The photos from the listing did not match the apartment. We had another, but were still very satisfied and would be happy to come back.

A very nice, homely clean house with a well-kept and playable garden for children. There were five of us in Ulrike's house for a week and enjoyed both the walks to the sea, the use of sauna and swimming pool, as well as the remaining time in their beautiful and very new house. The beds are very cozy.. Gladly again and again. m

Very quiet accommodation. Very modern furnishings and everything necessary is available. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful, quiet time. The house is very homely and furnished with a lot of love for detail. There's nothing missing. The view is magnificent and in the evening at sunset you have the small beach nearby really to yourself.

Beautifully quiet and idyllically located house and as described - the sea is within walking distance and the garden is huge. An ideal place for quiet days, especially for families. We stayed here with a 5 year old and would be happy to come back.

We had a great time in Ludwigsburg. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden. There is nothing missing in the house; whether kitchen utensils, dishes, games, blankets, toys, seat cushions - everything is available. We (or our daughter) especially loved the game room and the treehouse in the garden (even if the latter unfortunately had to be dismantled during our stay to repair the rotten posts). At this point, there is a special thank you to the caretaker Dirk, who still built the house in a playable way in the garden. The location of the house is quiet in a tranquil village with nice neighbors. The beach path leads directly to beautiful beaches and the sleeping trees (very worth seeing), the neighboring towns of Loissin and Lubmin are also very worthwhile due to the beautiful beaches. Overall, the region offers great excursion destinations, whether by car or bike. In the shed there is also a considerable selection of bicycles incl. Child seat and trailer. Perfect!

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time with our 3 children and were very satisfied again. Perfect place to easily reach all the sights and yet super quiet to relax. We will definitely be back. 🫶

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We had a lovely 5 days in Katharina's apartment. The apartment is charmingly decorated and we didn't lack anything. The location is nice and quiet, the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes and by car it is not far to the shopping. The Karls Erdbeerhof is only 4 minutes away, we didn't know before arrival and were there twice:D Unfortunately, the pool was a little too cold for our kids and the beach chair out of season unfortunately not yet there (which was already communicated to us before). All in all, we were still able to relax and would choose Katharina's apartment again on our next Usedom visit:D

A very cute and cozy attic apartment overlooking Lake Sellin and Rasenden Roland train station. You can easily walk to the Edeka, the Ahoi adventure pool from here. Behind the house, a path goes down through the small grove up to the beach. Very nicely located. We felt very comfortable. In the house, an elevator leads up from the TG to the DG apartment. We recommend the place well for 3 people.

There were three of us ( 1 awakening- 2 children) in the really nice and cozy apartment of Nina and Maik. It is lovingly decorated, everything is available and the bed is super comfortable!! Three people slept well there. Everything is within walking distance and we will definitely be back. It's worth it =)

Arrival . The way from the 96 was the last Horor. When you come to the island, please turn off the navigation system. It just doesn't hunt you anywhere you want to go. Buy a map of Rügen.. So now for the positive.. The apartment is great furnishings .. The surroundings are easy to reach, of course without navigation laughter. We were very satisfied with everything about it. .. if we should choose the island again. The two have 2 other apartments ( property apartments ) that are to be explored. Again and again.
