One side is a long term rental and the other is available here for short term rentals. The sides are completely independent with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms each, a full kitchen with microwave, oven, and fridge. There are panoramic views of the ocean from the living areas and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Electronic keypad locks.

Satellite Beach is a charming town off the east coast of Florida known for it's good surf, safe family friendly atmosphere, and kind locals. Complex is oceanfront, our unit is on west part of the complex (not direct oceanfront) with ocean 60 steps from our back door.
