Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

On about 45 square meters, it is time to arrive, sit back and relax. You will stay in the heart of Rheinhessen in beautiful Harxheim - a pretty vineyard village at the gates of Mainz. The apartment is part of our single-family home, has a separate entrance and a private parking space right by the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, a bedroom and a daylight bathroom. Smoking is possible in partially covered outdoor area. In the courtyard there is a seating area and a gas grill for cozy evenings available. The nearest city Mainz is only 10 km away and easily accessible with the city bus connection.

In the middle of Rheinhessen you will find our charming guest room (double or single room) with couch, armchair, large wardrobe. The adjoining hallway can also be used as a workplace. In the well-equipped kitchen, there is a fridge, coffee maker, hot water heater, dishwasher, stove, microwave and plenty of dishes. The daylight bathroom can be reached from your room, use only for you. Linens and towels are provided.
