The house is located in a quiet residential area towards the municipal amenities. Parking is very easy. 5 min walk to the city center. The wooded park is more than 3000 m2. It is therefore convenient for people with mobility problems. The living room is large and allows easy circulation when there are many. According to the people who tested it, we sleep there well.

La Cache is a charming cottage nestling below the cliffs and towers of the exquisite medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois. Sitting alongside the Armancon River, you can sit, unseen by passers by, on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the ducks and listening to the gentle sounds of water, with waterlilies floating below you.
