Vacation rentals in Saunders Lake

We stayed here for my work trip. My daughter loved the duck pond around the corner . We took her on stroller rides there every day. We felt safe with the fenced front and backyard where she could be free to run. The beds were super comfortable!

Comfortable beds, warm and dry location on a very rainy weekend. Downspout may need to be repaired. Nice family feeling in the home. Valerie responded quickly and helpfully to every inquiry. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. Home is well maintained for its age

We have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and this is definitely in our top few. All the amenities are as described and the place was super clean. It’s very evident that the host poured their passion and resources in so many thoughtful details. We had a couple of sunny days on the lake but the last day the weather turned and got quite wet. Spending a rainy day indoors with a late breakfast while watching the lake and reading a book might have been my favorite.

Amazing views, nothing better to wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck. It was a shame the hot tub was out of commission. Otherwise everything was great and would stay here again.

We LOVED our stay at River Front!! The location right next to the Florence Hwy 101 bridge was AMAZING – a place from which to watch the tidal action, fishermen going up and down the river, birds and seals, and lovely sunsets from either the apartment or wonderful deck!! Another plus was being right in the cute town of Florence with many eateries and shops in which to browse. We just walked across the street to a fun restaurant for dinner and a cute coffee shop was immediately next door. The location gave as a wonderful base to explore other parts of the coast both north and south of Florence for day trips. We hope to return to this wonderful accommodation!! The apartment was immaculate.

Basic house, nothing fancy but very cozy, warm, clean, and comfortable. Stayed with my family for a week of work in town and it was very comfortable and great for our little kids. Everything worked and was very clean. One block from the park/playground and very close to a couple restaurants.

I have travelled all over the world, and can say that The Lodge Below the Falls is a very special place, created with love and deep appreciation for the nature surrounding it. This is a place to reconnect, to create, to rest, to explore, and to dream. The two giant waterfalls above and the pristine stream flowing by, the sauna, and the cozy and comfortable spaces around the woodstove and open kitchen/dining areas offer settings for our busy minds to unwind, and the breath of inspiration to arise. The 22-mile drive to and from town is actually perfect as it is a beautiful drive, and is just long enough to give yourself a chance to slow down and shift gears to a relaxed state of mind. It is a truly rare treat to be able to enjoy such a unique and beautiful space!

Place was cute and cozy. 10 of us stayed comfortably. Clean and had everything we needed and more. Is up on a hill and felt we had privacy. Host was great. Check in and out was easy. No issues at all. Would stay again and recommend.
