Sunny is an outstanding host—exceptional, attentive, and incredibly warm. He greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were fully settled in, ensuring our comfort from the start. The flat was not only beautiful and immaculately clean but also spacious, providing a perfect base for exploring the area. We especially enjoyed the scenic walk to the Gandhi Ashram along the River Front. We would absolutely love to return and stay with him again!

Stayed here for the second time, and it was just as great as the first! The locality, flat, cleanliness, furniture, and kitchen—all are top-notch, if not better than before. The host, Jay, is incredibly kind and accommodating. He allowed both an early check-in and a late checkout, which was a big help. Super cooperative and responsive throughout. Divyaraj was an absolutely wonderful host. He was very clear with his instructions, provided us with an easy self check-in entry, and was readily available to help us with logistics. He was always proactive in his communication ano available whenever we required any help during our short stay. The property is around a private surrounding, with an amazing in-house restaurant; safe and accessible area. The hotel is equipped with all facilities that someone might require for a short as well as a long stay. This particular listing is as accurate as it can possibly be. The room is even beautiful than it looks in the pictures. We found the place well organized, squeaky clean and very well maintained. We even enjoyed a pool side balcony with a very beautiful view. Overall, it is a steal deal at this price and l'd highly recommend it to everyone!

The place matches the description and the host is very responsive and respectful. The best part is flexible check-in and the pool. There are 2 pools- one for kids and another one for adults. All-in-all, no hassles from the property or the host. The only thing that I do not like is Airbnb charging extra and unnecessary fees and taxes.

Excellent host in Maullik and and a perfect place to stay for a short trip. Very close to all the points in the city. The house itself was easy to check-in into even at a late hour. The apartment building is still quite new and we'll maintained and one of the best in the city

It was my first time to Ahmedabad, yet Tushar and his family made my stay so comfortable it didn't feel like an alien city. I checked in at 6 am and he was available to check me in. We enjoyed delicious home made food and hearty conversations with them. The place was spotless with all amenities present. Extremely happy guest !!
