Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The cottage is located in a very quiet area at the foot of the Beille plateau (cross-country skiing and hiking), 500 m from the center of Les Cabannes (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant...), 40 km from Pas de la Case, 15 km from Ax-les-Thermes (ski resort and thermal baths). The house is all lit by a warm lighting system with LEDs, in line with the rest environment offered by its location.

On the terrace, relax in the Nordic bath heated by a wood fire and enjoy breakfast in the sun!

Comfortable and equipped house, for a pleasant stay. 3 levels, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Well located, 2 km from Ax-Les-Thermes. Close to all the activities that the region is full of (skiing, hiking, caves, Andorra...) For the winter: shuttle to the center of the village towards the gondola lifts for Ax 3 areas. For the summer, hikes within 30 minutes by car. I could inform and guide you around the area.
