Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Savonlinna

We stayed here for a night while travelling for business. The place is superb, very clean, a high quality home. Check-in was so convenient, the place was closely located to the city (by car) and plenty of space ensured we all had our privacy. Warm recommendation!

Cozy tidy house in a nice location, perfect for our group's weekend stay. The host responded to messages very quickly, and we thought the price/quality ratio was excellent.

the place is simple but very nice and clean. one can hear the street nearby so it is not the most remote and quite place but since the traffic was pretty low (even in peak holiday season) it was a great stay and I can only recommend it!

We spent 5 nights at Erik‘s place and it simpley was an amazing time. If you want to enjoy nature and take a break from hectic every day life, this is the right place to go! Also the outdoor sauna was a very cool experience :) 10/10 would recommend!

The photos don't do the place justice, is nicer in nature. There was plenty of space, no flaws in the equipment. The beach sauna is lovely and its own beach added to the reach of lounging, and the possibility of swimming in the summer heat was welcome. It was nice and cool to sleep in the heat, too.

This cottage is big and very suitable for our extended family vacation.

Pure relaxation, quiet place, but also suitable for remote work. Host Jari and his wife are super friendly and nice and make an effort to make sure you have a nice holiday. Everything you need is available in the accommodation, good shopping is available within a radius of about 10 km. The lake invites you to swim and the sunsets are breathtaking. Very beautiful apartment in a great location. The view from the window and balcony to Olavinlinna Castle made the place a fairytale. Everyone matched the description. Very clean and well-equipped. A dedicated parking spot is a plus. Linda responded to inquiries immediately and everything went great. This is where I'd like to stay again.

It was a great pleasure to spend more than a week in Anita's large and very comfortable home! This pastel blue house with character seemed to us to be one of the most beautiful in Savonlinna and in one of the best locations. Plenty of space in this house - living room, kitchen, bedrooms, all are very nice rooms - lots of light too, in a very elegant setting. The house is also perfectly equipped. Last but not least, Anita, our host, welcomed us with warmth, kindness and solicitude which really made us very happy. Regarding the environment, special mentions for the central island of Lake Saimaa, Linnansaari, which can be reached by boat and can be toured on foot, and for the Punkaharju region which is home to the amazing Forest Museum.

Very clean renovated triangle, cozy and peaceful, excellent kitchen equipment. Good beds and plenty of closet space. Great location within walking distance of downtown. Thank you Maria for making it possible for us to have a wonderful Easter in Joensuu, we'd love to come back!

Tidy place in a good location.

A wonderful place in nature and swimming was easy, low departure, sandy beach. A sweet, idyllic ensemble is Villa Strawberry and a friendly host.

We took a road trip through Finland, and this was the most beautiful home on the trip for us. For those looking for relaxation surrounded by nature, it is the ideal home. We used all the amenities offered (sauna, heated pool, boat...) and everything went very well. Great communication with Marjatta always ready to solve any of our requests. The house is very large and well furnished. Warm and welcoming. I'd stay again.

The cottage was spacious, high quality, and super functional. The beds were comfortable to sleep on, the living areas were cozy, and the kitchen was well-equipped. However, the sauna and hot tub crowned our vacation. We had a good time and are happy to recommend the place to anyone looking for peace in nature. Also great for larger groups.

After viewing the accommodation in Sulkava this way during the winter season, I quickly came to the conclusion that hotel accommodation is not the case. It was a work trip, so I needed functional connections and negotiating space. In addition, the kitchen had to be such as to make food and serving effortlessly. The listing exceeded expectations: there was a 5G connection, which isn't everyday in hotels in Finland. The apartment had a clear living area where the meeting went well, due to the combined kitchen, there was no need to walk in the so-called private space. In addition to work, the leisure time went smoothly, as the sauna + peaceful surroundings quickly got the body to relax. On a longer trip, you'll appreciate the washer and dryer (note for families with children). Kitchen equipment and dishes with brandware and nothing Ikea. I can wholeheartedly recommend a place for vacation and remote work. If you need restaurants and other services, it's a good idea to look at other places.

It was a great place with a peaceful surrounding to enjoy vacations. The place was easy to find and had everything needed for a good time. There was a boat available but we could not use that because of bad weather. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice place in a fantastic location, absolutely quiet right on the lake! Easy and very friendly check-in (despite late arrival at 9 PM) with personal reception by the host's father. There was everything necessary for a cozy and relaxing vacation by the lake (rowboat and SUP, outdoor kitchen, terrace, sauna, hot pot, etc.). The Wi-Fi also works perfectly. We spent 12 wonderful vacation days and can fully recommend the accommodation and the host.

Wonderful place, beautiful house with funny details. Nice environment with private beach. Spacious and comfortable house, perfect for family get together. Working kitchen, with enough of everything. It was an experience to stay here. The hosts great, I admire all the work they put in this unique place.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa and everything that goes with it. Great villa, great amenities, the two saunas are outstanding. Everything modern and very clean. The location and the lakefront property are beautiful.
