Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. In a modern cottage on the shores of Lake Saimaa, you can spend your holiday in a beautiful setting. The large windows of the cottage overlook Lake Saimaa. The wood-heated sauna has soft steam and a large landscape window. The sauna has a large terrace area for lounging and cooking (barbecue and smoker). Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The outdoor hot tub, rowing boat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants all year round.

All comforts at Villa Rananiemi with beach sauna

Rananiemi is a fully equipped cottage on a lake bank facing the south. The cottage, built in 2002, is surrounded by pine moor and rocks. The immediate surroundings of the cottage are partly lawn, partly undisturbed nature. The terrace and the combined kitchen/livingroom have a view to the slope declining towards the lake. The yard on the other side of the cottage is flat. The neighbouring waters are sheltered and well suitable for paddling or other water activities.

You will always remember the rugged landscape of this destination. The property is located near Kolovesi National Park on the shore of Lake Järvesi, Lake Saimaa. The property has magnificent views, but it is only about 300 meters from the paved road. The property has neighbors. The tiny house was completed in 2025 and the sauna in the adjacent building is from 2024. The accommodation is perfect for people interested in hiking, biking, fishing, and kayaking.

Kalaisien vesien äärellä historiallinen lossitupa ihastuttaa Savonrannalla Paasveden ja Pyyveden yhdistävän Orivirran äärellä. Talo on täysin remontoitu ja ympäristö kunnostettu uuteen loistoonsa. Kohteesta löytyy kaksi kajakkia, soutuvene ja mahdollisuus vuokrata myös palju (kesäaikaan) ja moottorivene sekä kalastusopaspalveluita! Yrityksemme ammattimainen kalastus käyttää mökillä olevaa laituria, eli kalalle kuljetaan laiturin kautta.

Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Although a small, stylish sauna is part of our inhabited courtyard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat and SUP board available. Bring your own linens and towels. If necessary, however, linen can be arranged at the accommodation.

Renovated and bright home is located on the shores of the clear waters of Lake Saimaa, about 2 km from the city center. It is easy to get here by car, bus or on foot. The balcony shines in the evening sun, so the temperature in the apartment is pleasant even in the heat.

Casino Islands Retreat

Cozy 1-bedroom apartment in the center of Savonlinna, but away from the noises of the city. The nature is 200 m away and main city attractions are just in a few minutes walking distance. Shops are nearby too. You will have free parking, additional entry from terrace, and possibility to use house's sauna. Pets are welcome. Perfect for two people, but we can make a foldout bed for a third person.
