Nestled on a summer pasture at 1'067m asl , this contemporary chalet is the ideal summer retreat where you can relax, chop wood and enjoy preparing nice meals on a wood burning stove in a generous kitchen. The chalet is fully autonomous with solar charged batteries for electricity, fresh spring water, and a fireplace for heating (basic fire making skills are helpful). Mazot Girolles, a little cabin in Les Praz

Mazot Girolles is a charming little cabin next to the woods, located in les Praz, only 3 km from the centre of Chamonix. Whilst the mazot has just been renovated and equipped with a modern shower, kitchenette and heating system; we made sure to keep that old charm by preserving the original wood interior. You will be in a peaceful environment with the forest at your doorstep but also very close to the hustle and bustle of the centre of Chamonix.

Situated between Chamonix and Argentiere in the village of Les Tines, it is well placed for skiing at both Les Grands Montets and Flégère-Brévent, and in the summer with the River Arve running close by, the perfect starting point for country walks.
