Vacation rentals in Scaletta Superiore

Check-in was easy by prior arrangement. Salvatore welcomed us personally and explained everything well. He is very friendly and always easy to reach. Although the hosts live next door, privacy is given at all times. The apartment is very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. We didn't miss anything. The villa itself is fantastically beautiful. On the terrace you are surrounded by numerous Mediterranean potted plants and have a direct view of the sea. Although there are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars in the immediate vicinity, we preferred to sit on "our" terrace and enjoy the evening atmosphere. After day excursions, it is also very pleasant to relax on the "private beach" and take a bath in the sea. Beach chairs, umbrella, air mattress, everything is available. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be happy to come back any time. Many thanks to Salvatore!

My wife, two children and I were greeted by Domenico. He was very welcoming, took the time to give us the instructions and was proactive (recommendations, additional information about the accommodation...) throughout the stay so that we had a great experience. The space is spacious and has everything a family needs. Finally, the accommodation is very well placed to radiate in the area and go to Taormina, Etna, Catania or Syracuse. In short, I recommend:-).

This was one of the best experiences that I have had from an Airbnb. Both Antonio and his family made us all feel at home, they went above and beyond all of the amenities and the hospitality was incredible. As a Sicilian myself, it was so nice to feel the warmth of family with Antonella and Antonio. I thank you all for taking care of our family. We even experienced Etna Lava spill. We had a great experience and would recommend 10/10 for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

This place is heavenly !!!! Hidden away in a lemon orchard with a beautiful pool! Hosts are amazing !!

First off I will echo the other reviews and state: do not underestimate the drive down the hill to the house, communicate with Tina about it well before booking! That out of the way, this is one of the most spectacular air bnbs I've ever been to. The place has all you need and is very well done in terms of the facilities, water installations etc.; the SETTING & outdoor area, however, is outstanding: very private, lying at a hill in serene quietness. radiant days in absolute peace (barely any car noise even making it down the hill), a sunset that might move you to tears, followed by a night of stars that humbled us deeply. Fascinating nature around to explore in hikes if you're into it! We cherished the time here so much - thank you Tina for your warm and considerate presence, we wish you only the best :)

The place was really very nice. I traveled with a friend and we had the entire garden area, the pool, and the kitchen to ourselves for 7 days. We rented a car and were also able to park it in the yard. The town of Monterosso is not very touristy, which we liked very much to get an insight into the life of locals. Regarding the room, I can only say that it was very tidy and everything necessary was available. The only thing you should know is that the bed is a little hard. Otherwise, everything was really great. The stay was super relaxing and we enjoyed it very much.

Had a wonderful time at Francesco's place! He and Giovanna were very welcoming and generous hosts, sharing local recommendations and even some home made wine! The pool was the perfect spot to cool off after a hot day and the house was well placed for excursions to Etna. Thank you both for a delightful stay !
