Beautiful Aeolian house surrounded by a beautiful garden and equipped with a patio with sea view and Strombolicchio view. It is located in the heart of Piscita, a short walk from the Library, a historic meeting point on the island. The house was renovated in May 2024 and has two independent entrances on a quiet pedestrian street and consists of a large kitchen, two bedrooms with a private bathroom. The property is completed by the outdoor shower with sea view and hot water.
