Ein kleiner Vorraum mit Schrank für Ihre Sachen und ein geräumiges Duschbad gehören mit zu dem Appartement, das Sie über eine eigene Außentreppe erreichen.

Since 2020/21 also with: New 85-inch TV, a great soundbar, new fireplace - and an 11Kw / h EV charging station. Vacation in the Vulkaneifel - a 12 minutes drive from the A1, no "through traffic" and super quiet. 10 minutes to reach Gerolstein and yet so central that there are plenty of hiking opportunities. The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.
