Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

The apartment has one double bedroom for 2 people and another room with sofa bed for 2 people . Optionally, it is possible to use the high-quality sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests. The sofa bed has an integrated mattress for permanent sleepers. You will benefit from free WiFi and private parking on the accommodation.

On approx. 25 square meters you will find a cozy apartment with combined living/sleeping area, a small kitchen and a shower room. Our accommodation can easily accommodate up to four people. Enjoy the idyll on our property as well as in the renovated apartment on the first floor. In addition to two bedrooms, it offers you a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, one and a half bathrooms and a terrace. By arrangement, it is also possible to use the basement bar. The same applies to the garden including the grill pavilion.
