The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Unser ehemaliger Heu-Erntewagen, der mit viel Liebe zum Detail zu einem schnuckeligen Tiny-House umgebaut wurde, steht in unserem sehr naturnah gestalteten Garten! Eine große Veranda lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein! Das Häuschen hat eine kleine Küche und verfügt über 2 Betten für jeweils 2 Personen. Am Abend und bei kühlen Wetter sorgt ein Kaminofen für kuschelige Wärme. Wer mag kann sich beim Füttern der bei uns lebenden Tiere mit einbringen oder in unserer Töpferei kreativ werden!

Quiet and village but still centrally located, not far from Hanover or Hameln. In summer as well as in winter, the Schaumburger Land invites you to extensive hikes on foot or by bike. Im Norden des Naturpark Dümmer, zwischen Diepholzer Moorniederungen und Rehdener Geestmoor, dort wo die Kraniche überwintern, liegt dieses kleine Fachwerkhäuschen in sehr ruhiger ländlicher Lage. Es stehen auf ca. 70 m² Wohnfläche eine Küche, 1 Wohnzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 Schlafzimmer und das Dachstudio zur Verfügung. Terrasse, Garten und Parkplatz am Haus gehören dazu. Raucher und Stehpinkler müssen draußen bleiben, Hunde dürfen rein, aber nicht ins Bett.

Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.
