It is a penthouse with a terrace that completely overlooks the sea. The building is located on the beach and it is enough to make 4 floors of elevator to find yourself with your feet on the sand. The bathing establishments are super equipped with every comfort but right in front of the building there is a free beach area where you can stay if you don't want to rent an umbrella.
