Vacation rentals with breakfast in Schiavonea

I had a great experience at Casa Vacanze La Rosa Dei Venti! Sylvia and her mother Maria were incredible hosts. They left us fruit, coffee and breakfast pastries and brought us fresh tomato’s from their garden. The house was clean, comfortable and right in the center of town. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Terranova di Pollino and I will definitely be back!

The appartement was great we even got a welcome pie. It has everything you need.

We had a really good time starting the welcome before arriving home from Gabriele. Once we arrived at the destination, parents Antonio and Rosaria welcomed us warmly and kindly. The house is fantastic, spacious and immersed in nature. The farmhouse is also home to fantastic animals with whom it is a pleasure to share the space while at home. You feel at home!!! Absolutely back!

A very pleasant vacation without problems of any kind. I wanted to get away from the city...this was my first wish...the Pollino park, combined with the great comforts of the house, met all my needs...

Really positive experience. Cozy and clean house, with all the comforts... and a beautiful fireplace. Mrs. Rosella is a truly exceptional host, always present and responsive, ready with the right information on places to see and places to shop or dine. To visit the Arbëreshe Museum of Culture in the village... Dr. Rosangela who accompanied us on the guided tour is very competent and passionate. Don't miss the restaurant Giardino delle Rose, the only restaurant in the village, where you can taste the excellent dishes at KM 0 by Mrs. Luigina. La Casetta di Rosella was the perfect location to spend a pleasant stay in this wonderful part of Basilicata, with 3 small children and 1 infant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very well equipped and newly remodeled room, for one person or a couple, an excellent host with a lot of kindness and personal details. Recommended!

The apartment is very clean and large, it is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting and enjoying nature. Its landscapes and mountain views are the most characteristic of the location. The only thing I would add to give it a plus is if it had WiFi that made it possible to work, I recommend the rest. I would go again. I would like to highlight the kindness with which they welcomed us and the attention from Paolo and his mother

This room was very nice. It is newly renovated, clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen is small and the other couple sharing the kitchen were smokers. Yes they sat at the window but it still smelt of smoke. The check in with Palo from the bar opposite was great. We had the light breakfast and also went to the bar for drinks. Palo and the other people were all very friendly. It is very close to the train but the noise doesn’t come from the trains. The traffic until early hours was not good. There was a festival on and that didn’t help. Maybe bring ear plugs.

Wonderful place that was extremely clean and well maintained. everything was exactly as it was in in the ad. Settimia is a very gracious and helpful host. I would highly recommend her unit.

Bruna was a beautiful, reserved, and professional person. Always available to guests' needs. The house has fine finishes, very spacious. Each room has its own bathroom. Large and habitable kitchen. Large garden planted and well cared for. Close to the highway, a stone's throw from Cosenza, near the mountain and an hour from the sea.

The place was very nicely decorated. The key box with code made a flexible check-in possible. Highly recommended.

The room is very clean with a wonderful view on the Tirrenean sea, which is just across the street. Parking is free and easy near the apartment. Roberta welcomed us warmly and offered us a great breakfast in the morning, giving us a few extra slices for our trip!

Very well equipped apartment in an atmospheric old building in the middle of Mormanno. Marie Teresa was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

This place is fantastic. The pool is beautiful the room was spacious and clean. They even made us capachino in the morning. We will stay here every time we are in the area.

A lovely experience staying at Luca's place in a little village in the mountains overlooking the sea. Space was great with a private bathroom, wonderful breakfast, friendly hosts, and all the peace and quiet I needed. I spent about a week there, exploring Calabria and it's diverse areas. It was a genuine experience. Highly recommend without reservation. Thank you, Luca!

Country setting perfect if you are seeking easy access to the Sila. Plentiful food options in Camigliatello.

A wonderful old and quiet house right in the heart of the town. Nice and helpful owner, Mrs. Anna. Everything is within walking distance (a few shops, a pizzeria). If you're coming by car, be very careful where the navigation sends you = and don't trust it too much. :)) The streets in the city are very narrow and steep (really!), in practice manageable only by small cars. I recommend parking at the post office and walking the rest.

the rooms are clean and neat with a full bathroom. breakfast is provided in the mornings. you can expect a quiet, relaxing space in view of Mount Polino. nice little balcony to watch the sunset.

This place was better than advertised. Serene location and luxurious accommodations. The nearby town was ok... It would have been nice to have a few more convenient restaurant options.
