The 34 m² apartment on the ground floor with terrace is furnished in the Alpine country house style with solid wood and at the same time with modern furnishings. Free Wi-Fi, parking in the courtyard. Whether hiking, mountain biking or winter sports, here in the area you will find numerous activities in every season and every weather.

This modern, four-room apartment, approximately 130 m², is situated in a completely quiet location. Light-filled, bright rooms with large windows impress with their high-quality furnishings. A total of three bedrooms, each with a double bed, meet the highest standards of comfortable living. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped. A special feature is the sunny southeast-facing terrace with mountain views. The sauna in the basement invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing.

A swimming beach is located across the street. On foot you can reach our local mountain, the Neureuth and the Tegernsee high trail. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and an adjoining bedroom. A large south-east balcony with views of the lake and mountains invites you to linger.

The bright, modern attic apartment is located in Neuhaus am Schliersee with views of the surrounding mountains. From here you can start hiking with your backpack right away - the Josefstal waterfalls are just a 10-minute walk away. In winter, you can reach the Spitzingsee ski resort in 10-15 minutes by bus (stop 100 m) - or by your own car. (For electric cars: charging station available). We would like to rent the apartment only to families with max. 2 children or 2 adults.

A warm welcome to the cozy Bergnest Hausham – a brand-new holiday apartment for two to four people, located between Lake Schliersee and Lake Tegernsee. It is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of our family home, can be accessed via two staircases and its own entrance, and has a beautiful, sunny west-facing balcony. The apartment consists of a large, bright room (kitchen, dining area, double bed, sofa bed) and a bathroom. Great for young families and couples.
