Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse in Holtenau. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.

The loft-like attic apartment offers space for 4-6 people on a floor space of around 90 m². Double bed 180 × 200 cm, bunk bed with 2 beds each 90 × 200 cm, living area with sleeping function. The apartment was completely renovated between 2022-2024 and is idyllically located on the animal enclosure of the wildlife park (the garden borders the deer enclosure). The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, 2 sinks, toilet and bathtub. Up to 3 parking spaces right outside the front door.

Welcome! This lovely cottage by the sea is 46 square meters and consists of two levels: kitchen/eating area + bathroom on the ground floor and studio sleeping/play area on the floor above. Located 150 meters from the harbor in beautiful Heikendorf. You have access to an in-ground trampoline, a canoe, and indoor and outdoor toys. We have two rabbits who love attention. We are an American-German family and want to make your vacation unforgettable.

Our stylishly renovated apartment in a great location offers many opportunities to relax. If you want to jump into the sea in the morning, a nice walk will take you to the nearby bathing area in about 10 minutes. Afterwards you can have breakfast on the large terrace, with birdsong and enjoy your coffee. In the evening we recommend the beach promenade of Heikendorf for dinner or stroll. I offer an apartment in my house. 1st floor. A living room and bedroom 40 square meters with a double bed. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are included. Parking is available on the street right in front of the house. Bicycles can be locked overnight.

You can easily take the bus to the city center (10-15 minutes). The nearest beach (Falkensteiner beach) is about 15 minutes away by car. It can also be easily reached by bus. The Kiel Inner Fjord is a 20-25 minute walk away.
