What a wonderful place! This cottage is an instant holiday feeling, really very nice. Has all the comforts. Recommended!

Nice stay for a family weekend with children! Location is quiet with garden surrounded by a fence. Within walking distance of the beach (30 min walk)! The cottage has a lot for children inside and out and is well equipped with all necessities. There is a very nice coffee machine available (automatic bean machine) and a BBQ. We enjoyed staying here!

Esther and Marc have been very sweet and caring hosts. We felt right at home and definitely want to come back. The accommodation and the property are lovingly designed and you are right in nature. Esther and Marc gave a lot of good tips for excursions and we enjoyed the time very much. It is worth a huge recommendation.

We enjoyed the peace and cozily decorated and modern house! The bathrooms were top and the beds were lovely! Also that the garden was completely fenced was great with our dog!

Had a very nice stay. Good communication with Richard to enter the cottage (he was still on vacation himself). Very clean cottage with all the comforts. Beautiful large garden with views and lots of tranquility. In the summer it seems wonderful to come back here. A double bed is on the landing and this space cannot be locked. With slightly older children, that is easy to do, but given the bed is on an open staircase, I do not recommend this for very young children. Or you have to sleep under a very sloping wall as parents. Underfloor heating was very pleasant. We had a great time in the area! Thank you Richard!

The place is really perfectly central to the stand and to the center. The communication also worked great and we were very satisfied with everything and spent a nice week there:) The place completely corresponds to the description !

We were in the Netherlands for the tulip blossom and were super satisfied with the accommodation. Our hosts were always available and friendly. We are more than happy to recommend the accommodation. Thank you again!

Very nice little cabin with a small garden, so you can also sit outside in sunny weather. The bathroom is super nice and there is everything you need overall. For us, a big plus was that dogs are allowed:) You could easily walk to the nearest park where dogs are allowed and there were great instructions from the hosts. During the day there is a little more traffic on the street, so you can hear the cars, but in the evening everything is quiet and idyllic and if you walk and are only around the corner, you also have a lot of peace and quiet. There are 2 cottages of the hosts, so you can choose the location well. The exchange was always very friendly :) gladly again.

What a wonderful place, beautiful cottage with a nice terrace at the back and a fantastic lawn for a game of kubb football or frisbee. Beds are soft, anything you need is present. We had nice weather and then it can get warm inside. Highly recommend

Two nights spent at Sevanne's in her little cocoon that looks like a very clean and tastefully decorated beach house in a small neighborhood very quiet and close to the sea. Very kind and concerned about our comfort, Sevanne, her husband and her son welcomed us with a wide smile and small gifts. Thank you for the good time!

The place is really wonderful very peaceful and Ans is a great host . We enjoyed our stay very much, The weather was beatiful as well

The stay was very nice. You can walk to the city and the beach in about 10 minutes. The bed was very comfortable, with the stairs you have to be careful, a little steep and slippery but if you are agile, that's no problem. Kitchen was also very top, a microwave would have been missing but you get along well with the pots and the gas stove.

We spent a week in the pretty cottage. We were greeted in a very friendly manner by Mar and Hans, received a detailed introduction and many tips. The house corresponds to the description and the photos. There is everything you need, cleaning products, including coffee and tea. The sheltered garden area is cozy. The surrounding area is very beautiful, you can quickly get to the beach or in the dunes. We traveled a lot on foot. A big thank you to Mar and Hans, who are such warm hosts.

Nice, complete house. Nice outside space. if weather is nice really enjoyable to sit outside. A quiet 'park' on which the chalet is situated. Kids can play outside, the access road to the chalet can only be reached by foot. Kitchen well equipped. Sufficient bedlinen, towels etc. Good dishwasher and washing machine. Marion responds quickly and accommodates where she can. All in all a nice place and a good starting point to see rural North Holland with close proximity to Alkmaar and Amsterdam. And to sea/beach/dunes/forest!

We had a great stay at Erwin and Joan’s place, communication was excellent, the house lovely and the breakfast plentiful and delicious. We had great recommendations for restaurants from Erwin and he was very accommodating with our departure time. From the house you can reach Amsterdam Centraal Station within 30 minutes which is really worth it, given how expensive it is to stay in the centre of Amsterdam these days. Would definitely use again, thank you for a lovely stay :)

Super nice tiny house! Everything was correct. And you immediately notice that it has been decorated with love. We felt very welcome. So definitely come back again. Highly recommended to visit the beautiful region.
