Directly from the house you can enjoy wonderful walks, hikes, bike tours, swimming, cross-country skiing in winter or ice skating on the lake! - everything is possible.

Das helle Apartment bietet von zwei Balkonen spektakuläre Aussichten auf die Alpen sowie das Schloß Neuschwanstein. Es liegt direkt am Forggensee (Stausee). The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

The perfect place for those looking for a modern apartment with natural materials in silence: Low-energy house in the eco-nature garden, deer in front of the window, fantastic views, large south-facing terrace even in winter, floor-to-ceiling windows, fully equipped kitchen for cooking enthusiasts. Lake Soiersee invites you to swim, the Ammergau Alps to hike, bike, forest bathe and cross-country ski. Individual guided tours, cooking classes and menus with edible wild plants can be booked.

In addition to a large living/dining area, the ground floor apartment (approx. 80 m²) has a spacious bedroom, another room with sleeping and working facilities as well as shower/toilet. Furthermore, the apartment includes a parking space as well as a terrace in a quiet location. Wifi is available. The apartment has been completely renovated and has been available to you as a vacationer for the first time since January 25. We would love to welcome you as guests to our apartment.
