Guest apartment on the Wakenitz

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

Shower room, kitchenette, fully equipped with cooking utensils, washing machine with dryer and ironing board, internet, TV with all channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime, folding sofa bed, desk, monitor for laptop. Garden and second outdoor dining area, dogs can run free there. Easy access to cities such as Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock, Ratzeburg, Lüneburg and Greifswald via the surrounding motorways. Unfortunately, the railway line is currently closed. Please contact DB if necessary.

The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Im Biosphärenreservat Elbtalaue unweit des Elberadwegs erlebt Ihr Ruhe pur. Inmitten dieser einzigartigen Natur liegt das reetgedeckte Fachwerkhaus am Fuße einer historischen Windmühle. Gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit wird es in der Reetdachkate so richtig gemütlich. Besucht die stimmungsvollen Weihnachtsmärkte in der Nähe und wärmt euch nach einem Ausflug in die Natur wohlig am Kachelofen auf. Hamburg und Lüneburg sind schnell zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.

The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters away. Two bicycles are available, free of cost.
