Welcome to our 40 sqm "cottage", which is located directly next to our main house with garden view. Idyllic and quiet location, forest and many meadows all around and yet very quickly in the Wuppertal city or on the highway. Arrival by car is highly recommended! The bus comes only hourly and only on weekdays. You can relax superbly in the bright rooms. Ideal for business travelers, solo travelers, couples and families with 1 child (+ baby) Bed linen and towels included.

Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in the heart of the Luisenviertel. With its bars, cafes and restaurants, the district is one of the most beautiful areas in Wuppertal. The spacious double bed can be reached via a small staircase (ceiling height here only 1.60 m). The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge and coffee maker. In the living room, there is a workstation, couch and TV (Netflix only - no cable connection).

The apartment is quietly located and thus offers pure relaxation! The furnishings are stylish & modern. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can easily & quickly conjure up your favorite food. The modern bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating and thus offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing shower. Towels are ready for you. Our bright, spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house on the outskirts of Schwelm, surrounded by lots of green space and close to the forest. The historic fountain house and Martfeld Castle are within walking distance in 10 or 20 minutes, as well as three beautiful playgrounds, a small soccer field and the forest with beautiful hiking trails. There are also two supermarkets and a beverage market close by.

Our apartment is part of an apartment building and is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, 8 minutes walk to the train station( connections to all major cities such as Düsseldorf/Cologne/ Wuppertal/Dortmund, etc.). Shopping within 2 min. The apartment itself is fully equipped. For the double bed there is the possibility to use the sofa bed (150x190 cm) It is a non-smoking apartment on the ground floor !

Lindenhaeuschen

Small detached lodge - just finished - with a spacious terrace, bar-kitchen inside the living-/bedroom and separate bathroom for 2 persons. Hike into the nature in only 600 m and in 2,8 km is the next dam (lake). Next grocery store 250 m, next restaurants, bakery and takeaway in vicinity (350 m). Next big city for shopping tours 12 km. After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.

Vacation home, mechanic Gevelsberg

The apartment is suitable for 1 to maximum 2 people. There is a small bathroom with shower/toilet, a living-dining room and a bedroom. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located in a detached 3-party house in a quiet residential area. It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, but in front of the apartment in a sitting area.
