Our bright, spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house on the outskirts of Schwelm, surrounded by many green areas and close to the forest. The historic well house and Martfeld Castle can be reached on foot in 10 and 20 minutes, respectively, as can three playgrounds, a small soccer field, and the forest with its beautiful hiking trails. There are also two supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a beverage store very close by. The nearest bus stop is about 300 metres from the building.

In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

From the parking lot, you can reach your accommodation via a total of 50 steps, which is built like a tiny house-style hotel room. The house has a double bed (1.80 m), a tea kitchen, a seating area with comfortable armchairs and table, a high level with a rest area for reading and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet.

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.
