This 98-square-metre, 3-bedroom apartment with a balcony is located on the raised ground floor of a Wilhelminian-style building in a central Old Town location. The 3.70-metre-high rooms are decorated with stucco, and the spacious bedroom has two beds (each 125 × 220 cm), while the smaller bedroom has a double bed (140 × 200 cm) and a work area with a desk. Cozy gatherings can be held in the living room or the spacious kitchen-living room. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.

The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque village in the district of Lüneburg in the Elbe valley. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.
