Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Scone

Perfect spot so close to the beach, cafes and busy Darby street without being noisy. Apartment was very clean and comfy. Much more spacious than the place seems in the photos but still had a homely feel. We were very happy here and would stay again!

Rose's place is filled with light; it is warm and welcoming. Everything works and is well put together. We felt immediately welcome and comfortable.

We have definitely found the best air bnb accommodation in the ( Hunter Valley district) Maitland. Summer and Scotties apartment, literally has to be seen to be believed. To say we were utterly blown away by every aspect of their apartment is an understatement. Summer is unquestionably the most friendly, responsive, welcoming, and informative host, and we can not wait to come back. I hope everyone gets the opportunity to enjoy this magical place.. Had a great week-long stay at Kate's place. Everything was clean and well organised when I arrived, and the place quickly became home, with the kitchen, ironing board and various other appliances. Home had everything we needed. The little touches of condiments and books/toys for the kids was a lovely touch. Instructions were easy to follow and made check in easy.

we wanted to get out of Sydney for a few nights to enjoy the Hunter valley and Mark's place was exactly what we wanted! There was a well stocked pantry with heaps of sauces and condiments, the shower pressure was good, spacious bedrooms with individual reverse cycle aircon units. absolutely loved the outdoor space, we spent heaps of time enjoying our time on the verandah! there was even a box of toys for the dogs to enjoy! what we loved was the ferry light bulbs and the candle setting! the location was a 5mins drive from woolies and Coles, and close to an off leash dog park. communication was great, we had a reminder sent to us before we arrived with the instructions and also the day before we departed with exit information. We would highly recommend and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and charming property! Check in was simple and we were greeted with two bottles from the hosts winery. The home was clean, tidy, homely and inviting for our large family and our kids found plenty of things to do both inside and outside the house. There were board games and toys, and they loved the outdoor play area. The bedrooms were well presented and comfortable to sleep in. The host was friendly and helped us with all of our enquires. Internet is as-expected in the area at ~12mbps, but you don’t take a country escape to spend your time online! We had a five star visit which I highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Hunter.

Great location, the photos really don’t do it justice. Bev was helpful and responsive. Everything was neat and tidy. Great space for the family. The view from every window in the house was incredible. highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Beautifully renovated, close to vineyards and amenities. Comfortable beds and lounge and very well equipped kitchen private backyard. Would thoroughly recommend if you are interested in visiting the hunter valley wine region.

We live in the area and just needed a place to crash while we had some work done at home. The house is beautiful and airy and instructions were crystal clear. We loved having a little staycation in the best suburb in Newy!
