The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Carla's Cottage

This little cottage is a Rock Island Historic house. Nestled among the large Victorians, it was built in 1879 and housed various workers, from a blacksmith, to a wallpaper hanger! Located just blocks from the Mississippi River you can walk along a paved bike path with gorgeous views. In the evening enjoy the vibrant nightlife, with music and a dinner playhouse! This tiny historic cottage is great for a quick night, but perfect for class reunions, weddings and the John Deer Classic!

This has been my home for 18 years, so it's got everything you need to feel at home!!

Close enough to walk downtown, but just far enough to enjoy some peaceful rest. The perfect home away from home!

Iowa Farm Cottage

This small simple house is situated near Interstate 80, one mile from Davenport city limits, near John Deere Davenport Training Center and John Deere Davenport Works. The cottage is surrounded by cornfields in the heart of an Iowa farming community, yet not far town on a paved road (55 mph) . Enjoy wide open vistas in privacy.
