Bring your bikes, golf cart, as well as beach and pool toys and store them in the unit’s garage. Pull out sofa bed in lvng room allows you to accommodate up to 4 guests. North End CB Apartment

* Beach renourishment project happening until April 2026 * The Surf Loft. Kick back and relax in this one bedroom oasis nestled on the north end of Carolina Beach. 2nd Floor. Only 100 Ft from the beach and the access to 4x4 Freeman Park is just next door. Gorgeous views on the front or back porch. The Bedroom has a king size bed and there is a queen air mattress available for additional guests. Community pool, BBQ grill, and picnic area. Only 1.8 mi to Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Pets allowed.

Surf House | Walk to Beach, Boardwalk, & Marina

The Surf Shack Unit B is conveniently located within .2 mile walking distance to the ocean, Carolina Beach boardwalk, tons of restaurants and bars, plus you get a front row seat to our fireworks show every Thursday night. Embrace the cozy but open concept living inside and relax under the house while enjoying a meal cooked on the grill. Take a short walk down to the beach for your complimentary umbrella and chairs. Paradise awaits!

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Crabby Pad #2 Entire upper unit

Welcome to The Crabby Pad #2 at Carolina Beach. This freshly renovated, cozy beach pad is perfect for relaxing and enjoying all this area has to offer. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Tons of shopping, excellent restaurants, and bars within a short drive or walk from the Crabby Pad, This upper unit has a large front deck to relax and barbeque. Also golf carts are available to rent. The golfcarts are 75.00 per day/350.00 per week. We do allow up to 2 dogs @ a fee of $65 per dog.
