Simply beautiful space overlooking the sea. Ideal for couples and digital nomads. Ground floor of heritage house. Extensively renovated in 2017. Owner decorated with top quality finishes and touches. Very secure, central living in beautiful WIND FREE Bantry Bay. Expansive deck, indigenous garden, outside eating under the vines. Access to great restaurants - Camps Bay and Sea Point. Very unsuitable for small children. Access via many steps both up and down. Below the deck is a big wall and drop.

It is within 5 minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants, beaches, Doctors and pharmacies. 8 minute drive to the renowned V & A Waterfront and Table Mountain and in the opposite direction , Clifton and Camps Bay Beaches. There is free parking in the street outside our front gate. The apartment is serviced daily except Sundays and Public Holidays if vacated by 12 noon.

Walk to the Beach from a Fresh, Stylish Apartment

I'm always a phone call, or airbnb message away. The apartment is steps away from a number of beaches, as well as Sea Point Pool and Mojo Market. There's an array of great eateries and cafes nearby: Kleinsky's, Bootleggers, Scheckters Raw, and Jarryd's. For long stays I would prefer that the cleaning service comes in every 10 days at an additional fee of R350. There is an inverter to keep you connected to internet, a light, and TV on during loadshedding
