Spacious townhome on 30A. Private beach 50ft away!

Our gem of a townhome (end unit) is located less than one minute walk from your private beach walkover access. You cannot get closer unless beachfront. A 5-minute bike ride to Alys Beach, 10 minutes to The Big Chill, Seacrest Beach or Rosemary Beach… it is perfectly situated for festivities beyond the beach! The beach is rarely overcrowded even in high season, very quiet part of 30A. We cannot stress this feature enough :). It has beautiful 40-foot high dunes, so do be aware of the steps.

This 3rd floor (top floor) condo is Centrally located between Alys and Rosemary, this location is prime! Park your car and walk or bike to everything! The lower level is all commercial- restaurants, shoppes, ice cream parlor, boutiques, etc… there's even a Starbucks! We have a deeded beach that is about a 10 min walk (or a very short tram ride) *tram runs March-October* We have a heated pool and a wading pool &hot tub!
