It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Fabulous family seaside house

The Sea House is a beautiful, recently refurbished stylish family home with direct access to the beach at Seagrove Bay. It is the perfect place to reconnect with family and friends while watching the boats and paddle boarders floating past. The house sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms, of which 3 have panoramic sea views of the Solent. The large well equipped kitchen is a delight to cook in, and the kitchen table seats 10 and the dining table seats 12. The large terraced garden has a firepit and a bbq.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Ground floor 2 bedrooms in this funky old building in the village of Seaview. A minute to the beach and a short walk to the sea front. Small front patio and off street parking. It’s comfy and newly refurbished . Open plan spacious and fully equipped kitchen is great for evening gatherings . Not everything matches but linen and bedding is top quality and the shower is hot and lovely! Coffee machine (Nespresso) and air fryer

The Garden House Seaview, a secluded private space

Relax and enjoy our recently built Garden House. Set in peaceful surroundings with a private west facing private garden (with seating) and a large covered veranda (good for summer sunsets and outside living - even if it’s raining). Seaview’s village shops, local beaches and coastal walks are all close by. All rooms have modern electric heating (snug for winter visits) and there is good ‘through’ ventilation for those hot summer days and nights. We provide a starter ‘breakfast’ pack.
