“What a great find! I doubt you will find a better value in the area. Timothy's communication and hospitality was fantastic. The cottage is clean and has everything you would need. It's not beachfront but close enough to hear the ocean and be to the beach within a few minutes walk. We made it even faster by making a nice run out of it. It was a nice mix of hills, trails, and amazing beach! We actually ended up really liking it being tucked away a little bit. The cottage is small and quaint but laid out well with two nice bedrooms. Would be great for a family. It was my high school aged daughter and I this trip and there was more than adequate space. We were here to visit colleges. It was a perfect location to act as base camp over the weekend as we played on the coast before doing our tours during the week. I was originally looking in the Newport area but so glad I found this. We walked across to the street to State Park numerous times where we had miles of beach to ourselves. We visited Newport, which was nice with more to do, but definitely full of tourists. Was so amazing to be able to come back to the quaint cottage and relax after long days of playing on the beach. Thanks Timothy for sharing your home and this spectacular part of the country.”

“This place is just an incredible little gem! First of all, hands down the best beds we have had in an Airbnb (oy, how often the nicest places screw this up). Great amenities in the house from kitchen stuff to great cable options and excellent TV. Nice touches with bottle of delicious wine, whole bean coffee, flowers, and a card that matches the art on the wall to send a note to a friend. The decor was tasteful and comfortable. We loved the large, outdoor, south facing, porch, and the hot tub down by the little lake. It’s a little walk(or very brief drive) to the beach because of the cliffs, but the Seal Rock beach is truly epic with all the rock formations so close to shore. Kelly and his wife were super helpful and true Airbnb pros. This is a great value!”

“Sheri’s place was amazing! We enjoyed many large windows overlooking Gods beauty! Sherri was also great to work with! We would highly recommend her place especially since it also was in a great location and she had awesome pans and everything we needed for cooking some wonderful meals Thanks again Lisa and Leanne”
