We had a wonderful stay at Serenity on the Sand. The location is absolutely stunning, just steps away from a beautiful, quiet beach perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway. The home itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the ideal spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural beauty around us.

This place was absolutely stunning! The amenities were fabulous and going to sleep at night listening to the waves was delightful. It’s in a great spot at Boomerang and only a short drive to Blueys. Alex is a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Natalie and Colin were excellent hosts. Their house is very comfortable; they are very welcoming; and they were helpful responding to our queries. The house is located a short and pleasant walk from a stunning beach. Highly recommended!

Julie's home "Shorebreak" was amazing. It was exactly as described both in words and pictures. The location was perfect across the road from the beach with the ability to check the surf conditions from the front balcony! We were a group of 11, including 6 teenagers, there was plenty of space for everyone, huge TVs with great internet, Netflix and lots of cozy corners for parents to read, watch TV or simply relax. The house included everything you could possibly need, with the kitchen being the best of any AirBNB I have ever stayed in. The bedrooms were very large, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms huge and very modern. Julie was fabulous to deal with, she met us upon arrival and explained everything about her house, she was easy to deal with and was extremely responsive when contacted regarding a minor issue, dealing with it promptly. I would highly recommend "Shorebreak" to anyone, and we would defiantly stay at this beautiful home again. Thanks again Julie!

My partner and I, and our 3 kids (between 5 and 8) had a great time! The house has a hot-water outdoor shower to get properly clean after a day at the beach. You can watch the beautiful sunrise across the ocean from the large living room windows. The kitchen has PLENTY of cooking utensils and crockery. TV has all the apps. The ping pong table downstairs was also worth it. It's useful to know that three of the 4 bedrooms are downstairs, and one queen bedroom is upstairs where the rest of the action is. The front balcony is nice and spacious, and the deck out to the back is HUGE! The location is extremely quiet, you can hear the waves on the beach. It takes about 3-5 minutes walk to get to the beach, it's very, very close.

The house filled my brief, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which have been recently renovated, plus an added advantage of both toilets being separate from the actual bathrooms , even had a shower and toilet down stairs in the garage area (but wasn't needed for us). Its out of town abit so need at car to drive around. But right opposite Burgess Beach with ruggered rocks and cliffs and a beautiful outlook. It is walkable to One Mile Beach, but with a young family you would need to drive as its quite a steep hill to walk over. As I said it suit our purposes and was very comfortable. Would not hesitate to book again. Just don't over price yourselves due to good reviews as that is also the appeal. Its wonderful to be able to take the opportunity to have wonderful affordable holiday. Thank you.

We had an incredible stay at Piccola Positano! The space is beautifully styled and perfectly located, everything you need is just a short walk away, including a cozy café, a delicious pizza shop, and a conveniently placed bottlo. Lupo’s pizza might be the best we’ve ever had (and we’ve had a fair share of pizza) 😉 The house opens onto a stunning dining deck and pool area with panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding greenery. The open-plan kitchen and living space offers the perfect blend of comfort and style, with large windows that let you soak in the beach and pool views all day. We spent most of our time on the upper middle deck, watching the waves and enjoying the board games provided. The private pool was a highlight, sparkling clean and just steps from the living area, making it perfect for a morning dip. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Everything was spot on, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great short walk to shops/cafes at the end of the road and perfectly located right next to the beach. Loved hearing the ocean from the house and the main bedroom looks straight out onto beautiful green scenery with a mountain in the background. House was super squeaky clean and really well appointed with everything you could need. Liz was always quick to respond if we needed something. Unfortunately it was a little chilly for us to use the pool/spa this time of year - next time! Highly recommend!

A beautiful house in a fantastic spot near Birubi beach and the Tomaree Coastal walk. The layout is great and the house is very stylish. The spa was awesome. Seem small at first but really deep and heats up within 2.5 hours. Plenty of space in the house for a family of 5. Walkable to Birubi beach (10 mins) which is patrolled with a cafe and is great for boogie boarding. Join the coastal walk only 1 min walk away, bring hiking boots as can be a bit muddy/rocky.

Jordan’s place was at a great location in Nelson Bay, place was as described and perfect for a get away with a group of friends! Jordan was very helpful, definitely highly recommend and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future.

The place is clean and tidy, you can walk to the beach and close to a lot of activities even kids activities we hat a lot of fun I recommend going to this place

Such a beautiful family home and the layout and amenities were absolutely perfect for our stay - the downstairs area is self contained and so was ideal to have a stray grandpa join the family fun for a couple of days. The heated pool was a huge winner with the kids. Lauren has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. The location is great too - a short walk into town; or a short walk through a bush trail at the rear of the property to Wreck Beach. We will be back 🙌🏼

We had an amazing time at this house! Panassa and Nathan left us a thoughtful welcome package that was very much appreciated. The house was perfect for our group of 10—spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Communication with them was super easy as well, which made the whole experience even better. We’re really happy with our stay and would highly recommend it!

Amazing house with incredible waterfront views. The house opens onto the water so was great to do all the non-motorised water activities. The place has plenty of non-motorised equipment like kayaks, surfboards, buoys so we had a fantastic time spending all day on the water. The interior has lots of break out areas as well to relax and enjoy including front and backyard patio and large balcony.

My friends and I had a lovely one night stay. The place was very close to the beach and local cafes. It’s located on a quiet street so it’s calm both during the day and night. It’s also spotless and very spacious. Cooking essentials are provided but would recommend bringing additional spices/ condiments if you plan to cook something in the house.

A wonderful stay in a great big house with plenty of space and things to do. The host was very amenable and helpful and we had a wonderful time. Rooms were comfortable and the big loft space with lots of beds would suit a group with lots of older children, to have a big sleepover of sorts. Well fenced and set up for dogs too, with plenty of parks and dog friendly beaches nearby. Kitchen and cooking facilities had everything you need to actually cook, even for the larger groups that could fit in such a big house.

Perfect for two families. Kids loved the pool! Walking distance to the beautiful Anna Bay.

Bruce's Beach House is a fantastic location! We had a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing holiday here. Beautiful view of the beach and headland, lovely spacious living areas, warm and inviting. The home is very comfortable and simple, we brought all the essentials with us, and that worked well. Recommend to others and would definitely visit again.
