The ground floor is open plan with double doors opening onto a walled and gated south facing patio and lawn with table, chairs and parasol.

Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.
