Clean and bright studio apartment with self-check in. Space is a renovated basement with private entrance in our 1946 brick home. Magnolia is a quiet neighborhood minutes by car or bus from downtown. Spacious studio sleeps 2 comfortably with a king-size bed. Full sized kitchen with new appliances. The bathroom has a large shower and vanity with loads of space, including a heated towel rack to enhance your spa-like experience. There is free street parking & steps away from the bus line.

Find your landing place in a botanical boutique nestled on a quiet neighborhood street centrally located near one of Seattle's most sought-after neighborhoods: Ballard. Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

Please note: We do a thorough cleaning and finish off with wiping down all surfaces likely touched with 99.9% disinfectant. A Serene getaway on lake front property that is a quadraplex. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.
