Great to play to stay. Location was fantastic! So close to the beach. Enjoyed our time at the beach and relaxing on the patio during the evening. Very peaceful getaway.

The place was in great location. We were able to walk to anything. Inside was setup great. Had everything we needed and was very clean. We stayed in unit A. Just wish there was more space to sit outside for that unit. Other than that we had a great time and they were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Would like to try Unit B next time. Highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic place, very modern, everything was of high quality and spotlessly clean. Nice comfortable bed, very quiet area, great nights sleep. The host was also amazing, supplied all of the necessary information well in advance.

I can honestly check off every box and give the property five stars all the way across. We cannot wait to come back! We love it here! Being only an hour from home it made for the perfect relaxing getaway that we didn’t have to worry about an exhausting drive to get to. The outside area is amazing and the beach is not even 10 minutes walking distance. Communication was stellar from the time of booking through the duration of our stay. We had both first floor apartments for a graduation getaway for my daughter and a few friends. The apartments are exactly as pictured. The only thing we wish had been different was that we could have been there longer. We WILL be back! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

We had so much fun staying at Genna’s place! Everything was spotless, and the decorations were so homey and cute! I had to write Genna during our stay, and she wrote back right away! Loved the laundry room right next door with free washer/dryer - that came in handy during our stay! They also have some fun sand toys and a highchair in there! Over all, couldn’t recommend Genna more! She was wonderful, and her place was perfect!!

Jo is just a great host. This was our 2nd stay at this condo and all is great. Jo reaches out and provides all the info that is needed well ahead of time. She is also easy to reach during your stay. The condo is great and views of the ocean our breathtaking. The area is wonderful and the ocean is 125 steps from the front door. Even saw a rocket blast off from Cape Canaveral. Already booked our stay for next year. Just wonderful working with Jo.

Very pleased with our stay. Missed seeing our hosts Michael and Laura to thank them in person. Loved our stay and the pool was quite refreshing! We took all our trash out, Skimmed the pool and removed anything that would spoil in fridge. Even had a washer and dryer to go home with clean clothing. Everything we needed to cook with from spices to salad dressings in fridge and in cabinets. Dish soap, paper towels and plenty of towels and linens! Our own beds and bathrooms were a huge plus and surprise blessing! Best coffee in Florida and Michael even supplied us with that along with a French press and grinder to brew freshly ground roasted coffee! Highly recommend and will return in the near future. God put this entire trip together in partnering me to Rio Coco Cafe many years ago and then found their AirBnb while planning a sudden trip about 1 week ago! Went home with beautiful testimonies of Gods goodness! Thanks for providing us with all we needed for such a pleasant stay! Elizabeth

Walking onto this property is like taking a step into an oasis. Martyn greeted us with a big smile and warm welcome and showed us around. It’s spacious, and clean. The pool was just wonderful! You can hear the ocean from the property and at night we could hear the tree frogs serenading us to sleep. The outdoor living room is great, and this really gives you a feel for indoor outdoor living in Florida. He and Tracey are very kind and caring and thoughtful human beings and we are lucky to be sharing the planet with them. The location is amazing. It is such a pristine area that is well preserved, and the beach was private and just beautiful. We highly recommend this wonderful apartment and hope to get back one day soon.

Best Airbnb that I have ever used . Location of the home with easy access to 95 was nice and the living space could not have been nicer. It was absolutely perfect ! Highly recommend !

Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

Everything was great!! Christine and Michael were very friendly and answered all questions we had. The pool temp was perfect, and the view was beautiful! We are already planning our return trip!

We had a wonderful stay for my 40th birthday. The cabin was very peaceful and clean. The bed was comfy and the location was amazing! We fished a lot of the time. We saw manatees and all different species Of fish and wildlife. Will def stay again!

Cynthia and Cody were very nice and down to earth. Their home is on a private road with no thru-traffic. At the end of the road is the prettiest beach path. It felt so tropical! The beach is wide. Great for walking. Very private. The space is very clean! A bit smaller and less private than I thought it would be. Sustainable and organic products were provided in the kitchen and bath. Fresh squeezed orange juice and freshly cut azaleas were also a nice touch. It’s likely that most people eat out, but I enjoy cooking, so we ate in and had more beach time. The kitchen has Revereware pots and pans and all items needed for cooking, but the only spices were sugar and S&P packets. It’s all I needed, but if you’re planning to cook, you might need more. The appliances work, but they are “vintage.” The air conditioner is quite loud and made sleeping difficult. So we ran it during the day and shut it off at night. Overall, we had a lovely weekend. This spot was well worth the pricing. It was a great location, being close to the beach and a walkable distance to eating spots. Claudia was very responsive when I had questions, and overall, it was a great experience.

I needed a spot to just rest between visits. this was perfect. quiet,clean, simple, comfy. perfect for my needs.

We loved the comfort & cleanliness of the property as well as the beautiful surroundings. It was also nicely decorated & contained all the equipment needed to make & eat meals. We also enjoyed its proximity to the beach and the pool/snack bar. The host was readily available to answer questions or provide assistance.

We had a great time! We were looking for a view and to be near a space launch. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves, while laying on a soft comfy bed. Wish I could live there. Though the weather was not as amazing we felt safe and cozy. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again with better weather.

Zach and Colleen‘s place is a wonderful vacation resort, it never disappoints. It’s kid friendly, with several swimming facilities for all ages. It’s spacious, clean, and right on the beach. We really appreciated the shuttle that took us from the resort to the beach every 15 minutes, and hauled all our beach stuff! We look forward in going back in August.

Christine and her husband were so kind! I loved staying at their place and enjoyed our occasional interactions. They went above and beyond - I was sick during my stay, and Christine brought me some medicine and offered to get whatever I may need which was such a blessing. It was like staying with family! They have a sweet dog named Miles who was also very friendly, and he treated my little dog very well. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the garden was lovely. I had a very restful stay here and would absolutely come again!
