Cozy & Private 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house! 420 & Pet Friendly! Has a smaller sized dog door leading to fenced in area. Bigger dogs ok, just can't fit through dog door. Private off street parking. Less than 5 mins from anything you need! (Walmart, many restaurants and fast food, gas, pet store, and more) CLEAN 6 person Hot Tub. Nice massage chair. 3 TV's w/ROKU. Washer/Dryer. Queen bed, Full bed, single fold out bed. Couch lays down too. Full kitchen use w/cookware. Coffee supplied. WIFI

Close to all tourist attractions of Colorado Springs area. Half acre of land. On site home gym in the barn. Patio with 2-person hot tub, swings, fire pit, barbecue grill, smoker. Kitchenette/ full bath. Kayaks for rent. Futon can be used in the living room area for two people sleeping. DVD players and antenna TV. Small pool for summer cool down.

Downtown cottage, AC, W/D, patio, sleeps 4!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.
