This unit is perfect for someone looking for a stay that meets all their basic needs! The space is small so we recommend it for shorter stays. We have blocked off this main level bedroom & bath with a solid core door so note that you'll hear our family through walls. :) Quiet hours between 10pm & 8am.

Downtown cottage, AC, W/D, patio, sleeps 4!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.
