Great for our family spring break trip! 4 adults and 7 kids fit comfortably. Plenty for kids to do and loving are was comfortable for adults to hangout in. Deb was very accommodating for our last minute reservation as well. We hop to be back when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the pool! Also this is the cleanest Airbnb any of us have stayed in. This is our third stay at Poplar place. She has updated one of the living rooms this year, turning it into a game room, which we all enjoyed! We hope to stay here again when we’re in town.

We had a great stay! Had plenty of space for our group of 8. Even when multiple showers were going we had plenty of hot water which was great. It’s right near a bunch of stores and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the responsiveness from Cameron and would recommend this to others.

FANTASTIC! We stayed the weekend during a baseball tournament we had in town. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe and peaceful! The house exceeded our expectations! We hosted a team BBQ and the grill and outdoor seating was perfect! Will definitely book here again!

We had an amazing stay. super comfortable beds and the living room tv is pretty epic. My whole family loved the piano and cute chalk boards. the back yard is a peaceful oasis 😌

The property is on the edge of a beautiful wooded area which had a variety of wildlife. We saw cardinals, blue jays, other birds, deer, and an opossum. They loved munching on the corn we were able to spread for them that the owner provided. The indoors and backyard is perfect for a large or small gathering. The stairs were a bit steep as it seems to be an older house, but that wasn’t a problem for our group. When I needed something, the owner responded very quickly to my request. We would stay here again!

My family stayed here for 3 months and loved it! We have a newborn and a toddler, and it was the perfect house for our family. Everything was nice and clean and well-cared for. Samantha was always very responsive and helpful with any questions or needs. For example, with a newborn we needed a little extra heat in one room to keep him warm (and not make the other rooms too hot). I wrote Samantha and a space heater was delivered within hours. It was amazing! We also had some concerns about having a pool with a 2-year old who can’t swim yet running around. After talking to Samantha about this before we booked, we were reassured when we saw that the pool had a strong cover over it and the back door has a high latch so our daughter couldn’t accidentally access the pool. I would easily and highly recommend this house to any visitors and especially families, although it’s great for adults without kids too. And I can also highly recommend the host if they have other properties.

This property was exactly what I had been looking for we needed four bedrooms. All four bedrooms were lovely with king beds. The location was exactly where I requested. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet quiet with lots of beautiful holiday decorations! I will absolutely consider staying at this home again!

Beautiful home and spacious. Lots of charm and comfortable beds and couch. Great natural light. Bathrooms were very small, as it's an older house. Noisy as it's next to a hospital and main road so you will hear ambulance sirens and revving cars all hours of the day. Neighborhood itself was lovely and had large shady trees. Great large backyard fully fenced. Emily was very responsive with any issues or questions we had.

Kelli provided excellent communication and all of the photos accurately showcase the home. It is located in very peaceful neighborhood and was great for our group.

Ava was a top-notch host— quick to respond to questions, helpful, and friendly. The home was just as it was described, and everything in the home was organized and clean; it was very well-furnished. It definitely had that College Hill charm that we love. We give this home our highest recommendation; it’s comfortable and inviting, and it’s well located, with walkability to a lot of shops and restaurants.

We were in town for the NCAA Men’s basketball tournament and were looking for an affordable and convenient to Inbank Arena. This place fit both criteria. Comfortable, easy to get into, and out, a short walk to the arena, clean and comfortable.

We had all we needed. Checking in and out was clear. It was at a very convenient location for us. Thank you!

My family and I (4) stayed here and it had everything we needed. It's just like the pics. Everything is on one level, no basement rooms, which we liked. Will definitely be coming back.

We stayed the weekend at Michael’s place for a softball tournament. The house was conveniently located and comfortably accommodated 3 families. The house was well-stocked; the owners had thought of everything to ensure we had a great stay. Even better, they allowed us to do a late check out when rain through us way behind schedule. Hands down 5 out of 5 stars!

This house the perfect location and the floor plan was wonderful! We really enjoyed our time there. Very clean, well taken care and large enough to still have privacy. I would definitely stay there again!

Place was very clean, and very spacious. There were only 3 of us, but it could easily accommodate more. The location was easy to find, and had nice beds (we just used it for sleeping). Only thing I would have liked that it didn't have was wifi.

We rented this Airbnb due to the close proximity to the Park City arena for state wrestling. Everything was as described. Cute little house in a nice area. Location was far enough away to avoid crazy traffic yet close enough to go out and about as we chose. Thank you!
